FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Straight answers before you begin

No confusing promises—just the key information applicants normally need before choosing a service.

Ask Joe on WhatsApp →
Can you guarantee my visa approval?

No. Only the responsible immigration authority makes the final decision. My role is to help you submit a clear, complete and well-supported application.

What does the service fee cover?

It covers the professional support stated under your selected service. Government fees, biometrics, medicals, tuition, travel and other third-party costs are separate unless clearly stated.

Are paid service fees refundable?

No. Once payment is made for a selected service, the service fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please confirm the service scope before paying.

How long will my application take?

Preparation begins after the required documents and payment are received. Official processing time varies by application type, country and immigration-authority workload.

Can I reapply after a refusal?

Yes, but reapplying without addressing the refusal may lead to the same result. The reasons, previous submission and new supporting evidence should be reviewed first.

Do you provide jobs or work-permit sponsorship?

No. Joe Canada Migration Hub does not offer job hunting, job placement, employment sponsorship or guaranteed work permits.

Who reviews and submits my application?

You review the completed application and supporting documents before submission. You approve the final submission and retain access to your login details.

How much money must I show?

There is no single visitor-visa amount for every applicant. Funds should reasonably cover the trip and match your income and circumstances. Study-permit applicants must meet the current official financial requirements.

Will I need biometrics?

Most temporary-residence applicants need biometrics unless exempt. Previously submitted biometrics may remain valid. If required, wait for the official biometric instruction letter before booking.
